In the article a simulation model of the logistic system of a small enterprise has been elaborated, and on its basis there have been developed and substantiated the following elements of the logistics system of a small enterprise: a model of shipment management in a sales company; a model of management of a sales company; a production management scheme. The numerical calculations show that the total annual net profit increases if the demand increases at the beginning of the year.
