The Master thesis investigates the social phenomenon of music prioritization. The phenomenon was closely investigated through biographical analysis of semi-professional musicians especially singers. The important factors distinguishing the investigated target group are that they are highly active in the music scene, they compose with bands as well as engage with it in their time.
