This paper studies a new method named pseudo-MUSIC to detect the impulsive interference (IMI) in the echo data measured by an over-the-horizon radar (OTHR). This is achieved by exploring the Doppler characteristics of the IMI and regarding the spectrum of IMI component as complex cosine signal.
