Developing and Using a Multi-Methodological Approach to Study the Coordination of Systems Development Process

The multi-methodological approach described in this paper was used to interpret data gathered from a study of the coordination of systems development process. The methodology is based on the empirical theory building case-study approach. We used the principle of within-case and cross-case analysis to interpret the findings in different phases of the study.
