We present simulation results of the indium tin oxide (ITO) top diffraction grating using a rigorous couple wave analysis (RCWA) for GaN LEDs. We study three different nano-structure patterns: cylindrical pillar grating, conical pillar grating, and cylindrical nano-hole grating.
