In the second phase, based on the application of the selected manner of measuring quality of the selected significant characteristics of services, the identification has been performed of those characteristics of services that are not at the level of competitors. The study has proved that by the application of the selected manner of measuring quality it is possible to identify significant characteristics of services, whose improvement can raise the level of the companies' business operations.
