The objective of this work to design a test equipment to obtain real thermal resistance data and apply it in the fabrication of prefabricated walls. To achieve this, ASTM C-177 was used, which indicated that the APCG equipment should have a hot plate and cold plate, both made of aluminum, and between them, the sample, of known area and thickness, was placed where the surface temperatures of both faces were acquired to determine the thermal conductivity using the Fourier law of heat conduction.
