A cutaneous angiosarcoma is an aggressive soft-tissue malignant tumor which could rapidly grow up and easily spread. Treatment is challenging in most cases and the prognosis is poor because of frequent local recurrence and distant metastasis. The authors introduce a very rare case of cutaneous angiosarcoma which was risen in nasal cavity and cutaneous ala treated with nasolabial advancement flap.
