latrogenic pneumothorax which depending on percutaneous liver biopsy is a very rare complication. Case Report: In this paper, a case of iatrogenic pneumothorax that developed in a patient with chronic hepatitis B as a result of liver needle biopsy is presented. Conclusion: Liver biopsy is an easy operation applied in daily routine practice and rarely causes complications that are life-threatening.
