A Case of Ibuprofen Induced Transient Platelet Dysfunction in Preterm Infant

Patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) in preterm infant is a common cardiovascular disease that result in hemodynamic disturbance. Ibuprofen treatment is currently being used for PDA closure either intravenously or enterally, and it has been demonstrated that ibuprofen have the same efficacy as indomethacin treatment for PDA closure.
