Following that analytical descriptive approach, the research found that Sajawandi had these two competencies: Grammatical, communicative interactivity by taking care of intent and location, since he refused to accept positions and begun in accordance with the language rules stipulated but does not agree with intent and maqam, and introduced non-linguistic factors such as hypnosis. key words: Grammar-Pause and Starting-The intention-context-Speech acts.
