Globalization of the labour market – Circular migration in Hungary

Explanation of the recently intensified willingness to migrate has many components, among which migration for the purpose of employment is a paramount one. The study deals with the exploration of the three basic characteristics of globalizing employment in Central and Eastern Europe and Hungary in particular: migration motivations of foreign employees, their labour market characteristics and the degree of their social integration. The findings at the end of the analysisdue to the size and homogenous nature of the sample -are mostly thoughtexperiments, but we expect to provide a valid contribution to scientific and everyday discussions about migration.
