This report has been prepared in response to Governor Byrne's request for additional information on the potential economic impact of the Pinelands Comprehensive Management Plan. The Comprehensive Management Plan prepared by the Pinelands Commission is an effort to balance the environmental and economic objectives contained in both the state and federal legislation.
