Os gigantes da montanha (The mountain giants or I giganti della montagna, in its original language) by Brazilian theater company Grupo Galpão premiered in June 2013. Besides the considerations of Zurbach and Barbosa on the differences between the theatrical text for silent reading and the one for staging, the concepts about theatrical language developed by Tadeusz Kowzan and the classification of translation types elaborated by Peeter Torop, represent the theoretical framework for this work.
