In this proposed method, an efficient image fusion method using quad tree decomposition and robust principal component analysis. Tumor segmentation is done using the level set segmentation method. Then the feature extraction is done with the complete local binary pattern approach and pyramid HOG approach. ART classifier is also used to classify the brain tumor to malignant or benign.
