Declarative Policy-Based Adaptive Mobile Ad Hoc Networking

This paper presents DAWN, a declarative platform that creates highly adaptive policy-based MANET protocols. DAWN leverages declarative networking techniques to achieve extensible routing and forwarding using declarative languages. We make the following contributions.
