In this paper, based on fuzzy measurement data, a prediction method for probability distribution of electromagnetic wave leaked from electronic information equipment is proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed theory is experimentally confirmed by applying it to the observation data leaked from VDT in the actual work environment.
