In this study, the efficacy of simultaneous prompting method in teaching the skill of borrowing books from the library and ability to buy food/beverage from the canteen to an inclusive student diagnosed with mild intellectual disability in order to enable the student to use the canteen and library environments of his school by himself/herself was examined. more » ... ried out using a multiple-baseline design across behaviors from a single-subject research design, show that the simultaneous prompting method is effective in teaching the skills of using social environments at school to an inclusive student diagnosed with intellectual disability. Analysis of social validity data indicated that the academicians and teacher candidates had positive beliefs toward the intervention.
