In this paper, the authors describe the approach and results for the participation in Task 1 (multilingual information extraction) of CLEF eHealth 2020. This work addresses the task of automatically assign ICD-10 codes for Diagnostics clinical case studies in Spanish and English. A dictionary-based approach has been used relying on the terminological resource provided by the organization. The system achieved a mean average precision of 0.115 (precision: 0.866, recall: 0.066).
