Effect of oxygen pressure on the interface related magnetic and transport properties of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/BaTiO3superlattices

Superlattices of [(La 0.7 Sr 0.3 MnO 3 ) 10 /(BaTiO 3 ) 4 ] 25 were grown on (001)oriented SrTiO 3 using the pulsed laser deposition technique. The magnetic and transport properties were studied as a function of the oxygen pressure. The suppressed magnetism and associated transport properties are discussed. A high value of magnetoresistance at low temperature with more pronounced hysteretic behaviour is observed for the superlattice grown at low oxygen partial pressure. Our results clearly
