Gastric carcinoma is one of the most aggressive malignancies with an extremely poor prognosis. Recent findings suggest decreasing PHLDA1 (pleckstrin-homologylike domain family A, member1) expression plays a significant role in inhibiting cell migration and tumor invasion.
