During the COVID-19 health contingency, the treatment of the clubfoot has had to be postponed until the health conditions are safe for the doctor and the patient himself. Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of the use of the abductor bar as the only treatment in patients with clubfoot, in the manipulation and casting phase to maintain the partially achieved corrections during the COVID-19 pandemic. more » ... ulation and casting phase, were divided into groups according to their Dimeglio score and each group was subsequently subdivided, 50% of the patients suspended the manipulation treatment and in a cast, while the remaining 50% started an abduction bar as the only treatment to avoid worsening their partial corrections. Results and conclusions: It was identified that the Dimeglio I, II and III feet presented less rates of deterioration with the use of the abductor bar than the corrections partially achieved during the manipulation and casting phase.
