The world is different today than it was a year ago. With COVID-19 being crawled across our communities for almost a couple of years we are still experiencing the disorder in our homes and workplaces. As the virus began its play, many organizations were forced to make drastic changes to the workplace due to global pandemic, and as a result, added to many disruptive employee experiences. For almost all the organizations remote work is being new normal.
