A one-dimensional analysis is presented of piezoelectric motor stator modules composed of elements vibrating simultaneously in longitudinal and transverse modes. A rigourous transmission line analogy is used throughout to determine coincidence of both resonance modes, considering or not the effect of cement layers. It is shown chat this type of structure should be applicable if this last effect could be eliminated.
