Comparative Genomics ofPseudomonas [chapter]

Currently there are almost 20 Pseudomonas genomes that have been sequenced and are available for analysis; roughly half (11 genomes out of 19) have been completely sequence, and the remaining are in draft analysis, likely containing nearly all of the protein encoding sequences, but not yet sequenced to one contiguous piece.
