The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and New Jersey's Clean Energy Program named Sandy Alexander, Inc., a leading printer of high-end corporate communications and promotional literature for FORTUNE 500 companies, as the 2006 Clean Power Purchaser of the Year. Sandy Alexander has a 7 year agreement to purchase 100% of its electric power from clean, renewable, wind generated sources. The company also has a formal environmental management system put in place to focus efforts on reducing waste generation and preventing pollution.
