STUDY OF AERODYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MODEL OF A WIND TURBINE WITH ROTATING CYLINDERS

The paper discusses problems of alternative energy sources uses, particularly wind energy utilization. The results of an experimental study of the aerodynamics of wind turbines using Magnus effect are considered. To carry out testing, a model of a three-blade wind turbine with rotating cylinders of various cross-sections was made.
