Garbage Disposal.-After many months of investigation and study by the Health Officer and the Commissioners, the question of garbage disposal in the District is at last settled. It is to be destroyed by cremation and the "Smith furnace" is the one adopted as being the most satisfactory. The question of location of the plant is now the all absorbing item.
