急性期病棟における救急看護実践能力向上のための教育計画の検討
A study on training to improve emergency nursing in acute care wards

Training to improve emergency nursing by 24 nurses was studied. Prior to training, 4 nurses were clinical ladder level I, 15 were level II, and 5 were level III. One year later, 1 nurse was level I, 14 were level II, and 9 were level III. During training, aspects of each level and progress were checked monthly. Trainees attended CPR training. Nurses were debriefed when patient status changed abruptly, and a monthly conference was held. Training is needed at each level, periodic workshops are
