A New Mathematical Formulation for the Home Health Care Problem

The home health care problem is a growing sector in the French medical service industry. In this paper, we propose a new mathematical model for this problem. This model integrates two original concepts: the degree of competence of the personal and the level of dependence of the patient. The model is validated on a small-size and a medium-size instance.
