This study aims to examine the effect of nutritional counseling on changes in eating behavior, body mass index, and body fat in overweight and obese children. This study is a randomized controlled trial. The results showed that the percentage of men was more than women, namely 51.9%, while the rate of respondents' age at most was 14 years, which was 46.2%.
