The purpose of this report, the Performance Review of Electric Distribution Companies (EDCs) in 2011 Major Storms, is to provide The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) and all other interested parties with facts, findings, data and recommendations in the areas as warranted in the preliminary report about storm event planning and emergency response and outlined in the resulting Request for Qualifications.
