Sumberdaya Cumi-cumi di perairan Kota Tegal telah mengalami overfishing sejak tahun 2013 dengan tingkat pemanfaatan 190% menurut model Gordon Schaefer dan 303% menurut model Fox ABSTRACT Tegal has highly potential in fisheries section which is supported by the area close to Java Sea. One of the fisheries potential in Tegal is squid resources. However, production of squid in Tegal has decreased since 2012-2014. Otherwise, the fishermen tend to catch as many as possible. The researched of Bioeconomic analysis of squid in the waters of Tegal was needed. The purpose of this study is to analyze Bioeconomic aspects of squid (MSY, MEY, and OAE) by using Gordon Schaefer and Fox models and to analyze the utilization rate of squid in Tegal. The results of this research showed that Gordon Schaefer Bioeconomic analysis produces C MSY value of 771.725.433,78 kg/year, E MSY was amounted to 47.145 ships/year. MEY conditions were acquired when C MEY 's value was 771.724.297,07 kg/year and E MEY 's value was amounted to 47.088 ships/year. OAE conditions were acquired during C OAE 's value was 3.741.869,72 kg/year and E OAE 's value was amounted to 94.175 ships/year, while the analysis of bioeconomy Fox produce E MSY 's value was 29.666 ships/year with C MSY was amounted to 306.158.885,53 kg / year. MEY conditions were acquired during C MEY 's value was 306.156.612.20 kg / year and E MEY value amounted to 29.552 ships/year. OAE conditions acquired during C OAE 's value was 7.732.018,41 kg/year and E OAE 's value was amounted to 194.599 units of ships/year. Resource of squid in the waters of Tegal has experienced overfishing since 2013 with 190% of utilization rate according to the model of Gordon Schaefer and 303% according to the model Fox
