Direct current (DC) and differential pulse (DP) stripping voltammograms of sulfide at the low ng ml-' level in 0.2 M sodium hydroxide solutions with a silver electrode have several peaks, all of which should be considered for quantification. The sum of the heights of all the stripping peaks is proportional to the sulfide concentration in the DP mode, but is not so in the DC mode. When the peak-area sum is used instead of the peak-height sum, a proportional relationship exists in both modes. Todoi:10.2116/analsci.8.281 fatcat:ktnmxk4vnzhvfpvyu7gb3dr2wy
