Seedling production of canjerana (Cabralea canjerana (Vell.) Martius) has been limited by difficulty in germination, caused by recalcitrant behavior of their seeds. The objective of this study was to develop an efficient protocol for conservation and production of canjerana micropropagated plantlets.
