Small solutions of congruences in a large number of variables
1985
Canadian mathematical bulletin
It is shown that a system of congruences JVi(x) = . . . = rtr(x) = 0 (mod m) where each ?V,(JC) = JV,(JCI, .. . ,JC,) is a form of degree at most k has a nontrivial solution x satisfying | JC,-| ^ cm (l/2,+e (/ = \,...,s) with c = c(k,r,e), provided that e > 0 and that s > Si(k,r,e).
