In emerging nanotechnologies, due to the manufacturing process, a significant percentage of components may be unreliable. In order to make systems based on unreliable components reliable, the design of fault tolerant architectures will be necessary. This paper presents a fault tolerant technique for future nanocomputers, namely, XOR/XNOR multiplexing.
