The interleukin 23/T helper 17 pathway is involved in the mechanism of many autoimmune and rheumatologic diseases. The inhibition of inflammation by blocking receptors and cytokines in this pathway has become the main target for the development of novel therapeutic agents. Bu yolaktaki reseptörlerin ve sitokinlerin bloke edilerek inflamasyonun baskılanması, yeni terapötik ajanlar geliştirilmesi için ana hedef haline gelmiştir.
