This research aims to examine the effect of general Personality Traits on Entrepreneurial Success, alongside the potential and mechanism of the Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy in mediating their effects. Data were analyzed via multivariate Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to evaluate the four (4) hypotheses in the model, using second-order confirmatory tests.
