This research was aimed to know the creativity and understanding profile on sub concept of animal and plant organelle cells at class XI SMA Negeri 3 Cilegon. Method used in this research was a descriptive method. The research population was 24 students of Class XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 3 Cilegon. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The instruments used in this research were creativity grading sheets, creative product grading sheets, and multiple choice questions. The result shows
more » ... that the students' creativity in the creativity process was categorized as "good" with average score of 78,69 and for creative product created by the students was also categorized as "good" with average score of 80,7. As for the concept understanding of the students, was categorized as "good" as well with the average score of 74,8.
