Objective: To quantify the degree of perceived age change after aesthetic facial surgical procedures to provide an objective measure of surgical success. Methods: Sixty patients undergoing various aging face surgical procedures were randomly chosen for analysis. Preoperative and postoperative photographs were evaluated.
