Rice plant, a plant that is grown mostly in the water logging fields. The aim of this study, assessing the impact of climate variability on rice phenology. In this study, we use a map of the rice plant phenology and Meteorological data, which were obtained at the Rasht station in Gilan province. The cumulative rainfall in 2013 crop year was reduced compare with normal crop year. Moreover, the cumulative degree-day in 2013 crop year was reduced compare with normal crop year.
