This study aims to develop and test the feasibility, and the effectiveness of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) -oriented textbooks of educational game. The observation model and the Dick and Carey development model were used in this research. The results show that CTL-oriented textbooks are worthy and effective. The use of CTL-oriented textbooks influences students' learning outcomes. The use of CTL-oriented textbooks as learning media also received a good response from students of PIAUD
