EATM is an electronic banking outlet that allows banks customers to complete one or more banking transactions without the aid of any bank official or teller. It is a self-service technology in financial service delivery usually adopted by financial institutions to reach their customers outside the banking hall. This paper presents the conceptual framework of design, specification, and model of the EATM system that uses no card. The proposed system will use alphanumerical PIN, and biometric fingerprint to control access to the ATM.
