In this article, the author analyzes the Korean language textbook of Professor Dong-min Hwang, first published in Moscow in 1946 for universities. The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate Professor Dong-min Hwang's Korean language textbook. The textbook was written during the period of so-called historical chaos (1910-1950s) and is of interest for diachronic studies of Korean language textbooks published in Russia. more » ... n textbooks unknown to the Korean academic community, we simultaneously examine how Korean language textbooks of different years were developed and used in Russia. The relevance of this study is in identifying the historical value of this textbook and its relevance to our time from a linguistic, cultural, and perspective. The main part of the study is dedicated to examining the structure of the textbook, its content, the teaching methodology it offers, and its importance to education today. , compiled by Professor Hwang Dong-min in 1946, is significant as a Korean language textbook compiled in Russia immediately after liberation from Japanese colonization. Its importance is due to the fact that it is a textbook developed from a unified perspective before the languages of North and South Korea became significantly heterogeneous.
