This paper aimed at the evaluation of the factors that are affecting the housing maintenance and its probable solutions to the public and private housing facilities in Nigeria. These are followed by detailing of working drawings (0.813). The common solution to the housing maintenance is the monitoring and documentation of corrective actions, project expenditures, and accomplishments.
