The Task Force under the aegis of NJ Department of Agriculture (NJDA) and NJ Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) was asked to identify strategies to reduce negative impacts on water quality from agricultural sources in ways that would meet the requirements of both state and federal mandates for non-point pollution control.
