... k. Afterward, the model is examined to some local governments in order to know its impact on adoption decision. This study uses Smart PLS 3.2.7 to analyze the data. The analysis shows that smart city readiness model consists of three main elements, namely technological readiness, organizational readiness, and environmental readiness. The results of this study also prove that there is a significant relationship between those three readiness' elements with smart city adoption decision.
