Hemangioma of the Larynx

Two patients with laryngeal hemangioma are reported. One was a 37-year-old male complaining of frequent hemoptysis. Examination by indirect laryngoscopy revealed a tumor arising from the left arytenoid region. The mass was removed through lateral pharyngotomy, and was found to be a cavernous hemangioma.
