Seit den Verhandlungen der Doha-Runde im Jahr 2001 war das Antidumping-Abkommen (ADA) vermehrt Gegenstand von Diskussionen. Die Mitglieder der Welthandelsorganisation (WTO) erwarteten eine Reform des aktuellen ADA, doch nach intensiven Gesprächen herrscht immer noch Stillstand. Anstatt sich auf jede einzelne Regel zu konzentrieren, wählt diese Arbeit einen anderen Blickwinkel, um die Beweggründe der Mitglieder für eine Reform des ADA zu ermitteln.
